Payment Terms:

Invoices will be issued upon booking.

Payments due:

24hrs before booking via bank transfer, credit card, or paypal (cash on arrival by prior arrangement only)

Surcharges: 

Surcharge for beyond the standard scope of services: In the event that the property to be cleaned is deemed to be excessively dirty, heavily soiled, or requires specialized cleaning beyond the standard scope of services, the Service Provider reserves the right to apply an additional surcharge. 

This surcharge will be determined based on the extent of the cleaning required and will be communicated to the Client prior to commencement of services. The Client agrees to pay any such additional charges promptly upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay the surcharge may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the service. 

The determination of whether a property qualifies as "extremely dirty" is at the sole discretion of the Service Provider

Cancellations:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

Liability:

While all reasonable care is taken, Hire a Housewife is not responsible for pre-existing damage or hazards.

Public liability insurance is maintained.
